| SVAHA is proud to support
the The team comprises of SVAHA members that are striving to excel in Endurance at the International levels. Whether as riders, crew, coach or support members. 2010 team members were highly active in the Altech World Equestrian Games (WEG) Canadian Endurance Team held in Kentucky. Kim Woolley was named Team Coach, Nancy Zukewick as crew for rider Ruth Sturley, Denise Blanchet & Colette Hutten were named crew for rider Elroy Karius, Lee Hutten was named crew for Gail Jewel. The Canadian Endurance Team with our members critical support had their best finish yet at the Games, finishing in 7th place out of 21 teams starting. Members Kim Woolley, Dessia Miller, Lee Hutten, Nancy Zukewich & Colette Hutten have all started their way as riders through the FEI star qualification process in order to be able to compete for a spot on the future Canadian Endurance Teams going to the North American Team Challenge 2011, WEC 2012, WEG Normandy in 2014, PanAm Games in 2015 (Toronto) as examples. Lee Hutten has also competed in the North American Young Riders Endurance Championship the past two years in Kentucky. She hopes to be part of the team again in 2011.
